FOODS ASSOCIATED WITH LESS WRINKLING

Now, here are some of the foods the researchers from Monash University found coincided with less wrinkling:

 





Eggs
Fish (especially fatty fish, such as sardines)
Fruit
Nuts
Olive oil and olives
Tea
Vegetables (especially leafy greens, spinach, eggplant, asparagus, celery, onions, leeks and garlic)
