CRITICISMS
Now, is Michael Moshier’s Anti-Aging Report perfect? No. First of all, it’s simply a primer on how to put together a personalized anti-aging program. At a scant 75 pages, don’t expect to get a whole lot of specific information.
What you do get is some excellent general advice on diet, exercise, and lifestyle, written in a conversational and accessible style, which while it’s perfectly valid, is nothing you couldn’t find elsewhere, including on this website.
Also, I take issue with Moshier’s decision to routinely take Lipitor, which is a statin drug, to lower his cholesterol levels. Moshier claims that Lipitor is not dangerous. I disagree. Considering that there are quite a few other ways to accomplish his goal (see my post High Cholesterol Drugs and Supplements for details), I would only consider taking Lipitor after exhausting all other possibilities.
