THE PROBLEM WITH GRAINS, BEANS AND POTATOES
If you attempt to eat these foods raw, you will get very sick because these lectins and enzyme blockers are poisonous to human beings. Of course, lectins are present in meat and some vegetables, but since these foods were available to man as he evolved (or when he was created), the body evolved (or was created) to handle these lectins. In the process of cooking, most of the lectins and enzyme blockers are destroyed by the process of cooking. The key word here is MOST. These lectins and enzyme blockers have been linked to many health problems.
