When it comes to the subject of anti-aging, there is so much to learn that it can be overwhelming sometimes. Where the heck do you start?

One way is to look at the subject is to examine where the emphasis should be on how to maintain the highest possible quality of life. Should it be on lifestyle, supplements or medicine? That’s what I’ll be discussing in this series of posts.

DEFINING THE TERMS

First of all, what do we mean by effective?

What I mean is, which of these approaches to health, a healthy lifestyle, taking high-quality supplements, or taking Western medicines will result in the best overall health?
