WHAT AGING REALLY IS
Normally, we think of aging as an inevitable part of life. And to a certain extent this is true, but not to the extent that we think.
Many doctors now believe that aging can more appropriately be viewed as a collection of degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Angina, Cataracts, Gallstones, Glaucoma, and Osteoarthritis, among many others.
These diseases are diagnosed by conventional medicine when they are already in their chronic state. The conditions that give rise to these diseases exist long before they can be detected by standard laboratory blood tests. This is because standard laboratory blood tests are geared to identify pathology (sickness). They are not sensitive enough to identify sub-clinical conditions. These changes take place at a cellular level.
